On March 23, 2022, the friendly relations between the Sofia Rotary clubs and their ability to act quickly if necessary were once again shown. After a request for assistance in the communication group for Rotarians by Ms. Elitsa Stoilova from Rotary Club Sofia-Center, in which she actively sought help to transport to Nessebar a donation of food for refugees from Ukraine, past the President of Rotary Club Sofia-Balkan Assoc. Prof. Evgeni Grigorov responded in a timely manner. Although he had already left for Varna, he returned to take the donation from Mrs. Maria Pavlova, changed his route a bit and took it to Nessebar late in the evening and handed over all the food products to Mrs. Zornitsa Petkova personally.
