Sofia-Balkan Rotary Club gathered many friends on a second musical evening to support its long-standing project – the basketball club for people in wheelchairs Sofia-Balkan.
The money raised will go to buy carts for the basketball team.
For the good mood of the guests took care of many performers such as: Praia, Nikola Konstantinov, Ralitsa Grudeva, Niki Stoinov, Boris Iliev, Mitko Dimitrov, Vanessa, Dennis Mukurov, Maria and Diana Tanchevi, Nelly Stoynova, Alexander Hristov, Shurion Pilidov, Angel Antonov, Rosen Nenchev, Eli Radanova and Yassen Zerdev.
The Basketball Club for People in Wheelchairs Sofia Balkan was established in 2007 by the Rotaract Club and the Rotary Club Sofia – Balkan with the support of the Bulgarian Basketball Federation and the National Sports Academy. BC Sofia-Balkan is a non-profit organization whose activity is oriented towards providing the necessary specialized wheelchairs, coaches, appropriate gymnasium, medical specialists, as well as all other conditions for the development of the team such as: organizing sports meetings with other teams, participation in and organization of international tournaments and seminars.
